Developed for sister restaurants Blackfriars & Sidneys the logos echo their surrounding architecture. Blackfriars is the oldest dining room in the country dating back to 1239 its arched entrance shown in the logo. Sidney’s is located next to Tynemouth Priory with its ancient rose window. The identities work in isolation as well as they do together giving a contemporary feel while drawing inspiration history.
